Someone hacked into my cousin's account and referred me to Austin Picney asking me to send $1000 dollars to get $50,000 in return. When I told them I didn't have $1000 dollars I could send $300 and an officer would bring the money or check to my front door.

The scammer posed as one of my Facebook friends who started following me on Instagram. The scammer pretended to be my friend and texted me on Instagram asking me if I had heard of the DHHS trust fund grant and urged me to text the above phone number. I did, and the person at the number texted me back and said his name is Austin Picney and he's a claim agent with the government and he wanted me to send him personal information including my name, mother's name, my dob, monthly income, occupation, sex, address, and email address. I didn't respond to this text.
