Paid $99.68 for a toolbox I never got. This site (ausenook.com) is fake! I’ve been waiting over a month for my order and it never arrived.

Two weeks ago I went on ebay to look for a particular vacuum. At the bottom of the list I found one for sale. I did not realize it wasn't from ebay. I assumed I was still on their site. I forget the name of the site, but I was able to order the vacuum, refurbished, for $99 plus free shipping. It was under ausenook. I got very concerned when, after placing the order, I did not get a confirmation of any kind! So I sent them a total of three emails to no avail. I contacted ebay and they explained that, even though I started out on their site, I ordered on another and they could not help me. I called the bank and they said the order was pending and wait, calling back when it goes through. Well, sure enough, it came up listed with sales tax and so we thought maybe the vacuum was on its way. Two weeks later and nothing. Why I tried to purchase a vacuum under a handbag company is quite embarrassing. I believed it. Wow, I'm learning. By the way, when I go on ebay to find that vacuum, that company is no longer listed. Ausenook is a very deceptive company.

I ordered a large cat enclosure, from a company, France Charm in the spring, listed on Ausenook , the cat enclosure was never delivered,but they gave my bank false proof of delivery.
When I contacted UPS, they were able to verify that the information provided by France Charm was not valid. I email France Charm to ask where was my package, no response, and as for Ausenook, the number listed on their website is not valid and neither is their email.

I was searching online for a remote control truck and ausenook's ad popped up with a price that was about half of other sellers. I ordered it and used a credit card in the paypal payment app. I never got a return email or anything so I tried to email and cancel after I saw the scam report on the internet. My email to their address came back undelivered. The phone did not ring through either. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Weeks after the order was placed I received a tracking number from the seller through service@paypal. When I punched the UPS tracking number into UPS system it came up with my name and address, but the weight was wrong. I called UPS and they said the name and street address did not match my name and street address though the zip code was correct. I don't know whether they hacked the UPS system or they have someone inside UPS. My credit card company reimbursed me, but I'll probably have to ask for a new credit card since these crooks have my account information now.

Ausenook.com is a scam website. I wanted to buy a Car jump starter. I entered the model number in Bing search and Ausenook.com had a good price. The website indicated the item was in stock, so I put it in the shopping cart and used PayPal to complete the transaction. I never received any type of conformation for the order. After seven days, I started to go back to the website, but when I typed in the website name, there were many entries for the site being a scam. All of the rating websites give it a scam rating and on those sites, people are commenting that they paid for items and never received them. They said that the website phone number and email don't work. I called the number on the web site and it didn't work. I sent an email to the web site and it bounced back. The web site has several social media icons so I clicked on them but it just takes you to the platform and Ausenook doesn't have a page or account. I then sent an email to the address shown on the PayPal transaction asking for shipping status. No response, but the next day a USPS tracking number shows up on the PayPal transaction page. The USPS tracking number was taken out on 3/10/21. I received a package tied to the tracking number on 3/26/21 which contained two small pieces of fabric. This is clearly a scam. They are using USPS to show shipment and delivery of the item so PayPal won’t do anything. The actual item weighs 5 pounds and has a size of 3“ x 6“ x 9". The item shipped weighed only one ounce and was a thin plastic pouch. On one of the scam reporting web sites, some listed the PayPal name used for payment and it is different than the one that showed up on mine. These scammers appear to know how to use USPS and PayPal to move around and continue to scam with no action being taken against them. Two other PayPal accounts that have been used are [email protected] and Enveate Limited. For my transaction, the scammers used PayPal account named [email protected]

Sorry sack of ???get a real damn job and quit stealing these people money and card information I advise anybody that deal with these [censored] suckers to cancel your credit card bc they got your info and get a new one because they are going to drain you dry. I got Scammed for 80$ for trying to buy a set of drums from their site. I realized it was a scam when I didn’t get an email confirmation. They rig search results to make you think they carry the item you want.

I made a purchase from this company or so called company only to find out they are or may be a scam i paid $95.74 for an NCE Pro Cab for my model train layout and when i attempted to contact them i found out that their email was invalid and that the phone is disconnected and that the address is also invalid it just shows a house in a obscure area on the maps I have reported them to PayPal and im just waiting on them to tell me what they find out and what they can do to help me get my money back

Hi, I believe I made a purchase at a fraudulent website. The seller email addresses on my purchase confirmations from both the customer and paypal are different and from different countries (usa, russia, japan). I purchased a Gretsch guitar for an incredible deal at $99, free shipping.

I did some researching and I found out the below about www.ausenook.com:

1. The domain name was opened Dec. 7, 2020.

2. The physical address listed does not exist.

3. The phone number on their website does not answer (no voicemail either).

4. The price for the item purchased is 80-90% less than normal ebay pricing (see ***********************************) 5. It has been reported by others as a possible scam website (see https://uiliu.com/ausenook-com).

6. No reviews available on the website. 6. My transaction went to complete status immediately instead of pending.

After about 3 days of emails and no answer on the seller phone listed on the website, I get an undeliverable message from yahoo about the sellers email.

I also contacted paypal and the seller provided them with a tracking number for a small parcel package (in which a guitar cannot fit in). The tracking shows delivered (but not to my address).

Attempted purchase. Payment through PayPal. Emailed receipt listed an unfamiliar name with a Russian email address. Attempted to contact owner, listed phone number rang fast busy/disconnected. Email to company email address returned by Microsoft. Attempt to identify address per Google maps, not an actual address. Have reported to PayPal and they are investigating my claim.

I had the same problem i just made a purchase form them and i attempted to contact them and email and phone number not valid on the map it shows a tiny house in a obscure area I have contacted PayPal and they are looking into the situation my purchase was for an NCE for 95.00
