I ordered anti aging face cream that came with a "free" sample of eye serum. This proxy was to come monthly, but only came maybe every 3- 4 months. My bank was drafted $95 a month, which came as a shock! That free sample of eye serum turned out to be very expensive! Every phone number I had for this company did NOT work, the numbers on the product, the number on my bank statement, the number included with the shipping statement or the number included with the email notifications! They were all different phone numbers that were out of order except one that had never heard of this company! The only way for me to get a good number was to file a dispute with my bankf which I lost because I did initially sign up for this dumb product that doesn't even work, won't give you a good number to cancel within the 14 days allowed, they did crawl out of the woodwork whim I filed my dispute and provided a real number. I even searched on line and contacted anyone who even sounded close to the same name, but no one had even heard of them.
