I made a purchase for an item through their website. I never received the product and then have been charged a reoccurring membership fee even after attempting to cancel.

I bought clothes off of this website and they don’t say anything about a recurring fee. They then sign you up for a 30.00$ per month fee. There is no customer service, I emailed the email address and there is no response. Also it’s been almost a month and I never received my clothes purchased.

I did not receive my shipment for Order ANB#29697 TS PJ Set/Pink/XL ($32.99) despite paying Shipping Protection ($2.50).
Additionally, I did not select an option to enroll in the VIP Membership; however I was notified with my order confirmation that: "Your credit card or other payment method on file will be charged the VIP Membership fee of $29.99 USD (exclusive of taxes) every 30 days without obtaining your further confirmation or revised payment information. The first $29.99 charge will occur 12 days after purchase and then every 30 days after. A VIP Bonus Membership is billed up up to 90 days for $34.99. You may be charged less, but never more than the $34.99 Membership Fee without your revised consent. Cancellation. If you wish to cancel the VIP Membership at any time, you may do so by filling out the form on our Website, by emailing us [email protected], or by calling us at 1-878-283-0287 at least 3 days before the next billing period with your full name and the email and physical address associated with your use of the Service. Your failure to cancel or your continued use of the VIP Membership reaffirms that Company is authorized to charge you for, and you are responsible for paying, all VIP Membership fees.
I have taken the following actions:
1) I have submitted a Membership Cancellation Form online at Aurelle & Bloom, but did not receive email confirmation of cancellation.
2) Left 2 voicemails at 878-283-0287 (the Cancellation contact number listed in the order confirmation) to provide notification to cancel the VIP Membership
3) Disputed the charges through my bank

Purchased Taylor Swift pajamas from them for a xmas gift, i realized i ordered wrong color & immediately emailed them, no response. Figured ok, whatever color comes in that is what i will gift. Waiting weeks on this item, then they have the nerve to charge you for a "membership" fee of $25/month which was never seen or the print was so little or hidden and did not see it. Tried calling them 3x with noone answering the phone & have left detailed messages with not 1:response back! Horrible customer service, BEWARE of ordering from this company, they also go by a diferent company name on FB as well.
