I had saw an ad on Craigslist for advertising for pepsi on a vehicle. I had called left my name and details. About 2 weeks later a check for 3750.00 showed up with instructions to text a certain number and ask for a certain person. After that I recieved a text back explaining to me what to do with the check. I was too deposit it as soon as possible. Then once it clears withdrawal all except the 750.00 which is my first pay. Then I was too send a pic of the deposit slip. And then I would have been given directions on what to do next. Except i got frustrated and cussed the person out who kept hounding me about did I deposit yet. And once that happened the check never cleared giving me a big fast 35.00 charge for the check not clearing and making me look bad at my bank. I am just glad that it did not clear and I would have to be responsible for all that cash when there check turned out no good.
