I sent a payment of a total of $1250 which was broken up into two payments sent via Zelle through my bank. One payment was made on May 6, 2021 and the second was made on May 7, 2021, for credit repair service to Audrey of Audrey Credit repair service. Since the payment was made I have not received any service from the company. My several attempts to contact via phone and email went ignored for the months of June and July. On Aug 16th, I called her from a different phone number and she answered the phone. When I told her that I have been trying to reach her and I have not received anything from the credit bureaus to show evidence that she was actually working on the credit files I paid for, she apologized and said that she would email me a link to access her credit portal that keeps a log of all the work that had been performed to date. Audrey also stated she would contact me later in the day to schedule a time and date to go over the credit files again to see where everything stood. I never received the email nor the phone call to schedule a time to go over the files. Since, I have sent emails, texts and tried to call but I have not received a response. At this time I believe I was a victim of a scam and there was never any intention to perform the services I hired her for.
