My computer froze up and a popup for Microsoft technical support sent me to Audney. After spending 5 hours and $199 I thought my computer was fixed. Six weeks later I received a call from Audney stating their satellite had been compromised and they need to uninstall things that they had put on my computer and would be refunding me the $199. They stated that I needed to open my online bank site and that I would see them deposit the $199. But they would need to send by law $5200 and then wanted me to send them a debit card back for the $5000. When I questioned this they immediately showed my bank site with my current balance as $0 and maxed out my credit card limit. Said if I did not send them the debit card I would lose all my money. He threatened me if I called my bank or the police. I did shut down my computer, checked my bank site on a different computer and called them. They showed no activity on my account and my balances were intact. Please do not use this site. You will be sorry!!
