Hypocrite …BEWARE!!!

All the sellers stories lined up. Doesn’t respond after taking your money. Bum has more value than this scam artist. FBI already got complaints on this online scammer. He himself uses oversea employees for his schemes. Rhode Island attorney general is looking into this. Sellers save yourself the hassle and call the FBI and Better Business Bureau to put this guy on the hall of shame and lies.

I never had a issue with Auction Sentinel. I've used there services on a few occasions for Amazon Seller Accounts .They always delivered.

I bought the Business Package from Auction Sentinel to receive a new Amazon seller account. On their website, it says 3-5 day delivery. It's been well over 30 days now and they just ignore me. They refuse to give me an update on the account. I've e-mailed them, chatted with them, and they've literally stolen my money! I paid using Zelle which is like cash. They won't reply to me at all. They're liars, frauds, and scammers! Do NOT use this company!

All Auction Sentinel replied with was inferring I'm a competitor of theirs and a spammer who's leaving negative reviews about them. I'm a real person with a VERY negative experience of Auction Sentinel. They STILL haven't reached out to me personally with an update or a refund. I paid them a lot of money up front and they've gone completely dark on me. I have no recourse whatsoever! Shame on them! That's flat-out dishonest and fraudulent! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do NOT live up to their contractual agreements at all!

UPDATE: It took a long time to get my Amazon seller account from Auction Sentinel (5 months), but they finally delivered. I give them credit for that, for following up after all that time and being persistent with Amazon. They did in fact fulfill their contractual obligation to me. It just took much longer than expected.

This guy Jermaine Bailey called me sold me this whole story .even on Sunday promised me to get my account on eBay going he worked on it 3 times 3 emails 2 phone calls after that disappeared once got my money gone no response told me in an email he switches bank accounts ,so no one can get money back he is scam his site is a scam and all the feedback reviews are there own i have filed wire fraud and ic3.gov. sent his email and info to attorney general sent his info to Facebook i will slander hin and his scam all over Jermaine Bailey is scam artist took 600$ from me but i will collect it one way or other my brother is an attorney thank god this guy will be slandered all over internet and it wont be worth i sent his emails and scam to google as well beware this guy and auction sentinel

I purchased their amazon account suspension appeal service about a month ago. Prior to signing up for their service, the support would respond and follow up right away BUT as soon as you sign up, THEY JUST DISAPPEAR AND WILL IGNORE YOU. As soon as I signed up, their response rate and support quality changed completely. They promised 4day turnaround for their service which ended up taking 6 days for them to complete their service. When I forwarded them the response I received from Amazon following the appeal, Auction Sentinel just stopped replying to me and ignored all my messages since then. They promote themselves that they will help until "all options are exhausted" but in reality, they will just take your money and give minimal service in return. I've tried reaching them for about 2 weeks now since I received the follow up from Amazon, but they just stopped responding. DO NOT TRUST THEM AS THEY WILL SCAM YOU OF YOUR MONEY INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY HELP YOU WITH YOUR AMAZON SUSPENSION.
