My watch stopped working after a year and I emailed them for advice or if this is normal that it should stop working. I have heard nothing despite two emails being sent and their customer 'get in touch' page says that they reply within 24 hours. It's not true. I am suspicious about them.

Bought a watch with a 2yr warranty. It broke within about one month and have contacted them multiple times over the last 4 months with no reply.

Ordered a watch and it never came. Tried numerous times to get a hold of the company via many platforms and no one ever replied. Spent nearly $200 on a sam for someone's Christmas present since this is what they had asked for. Don't fall for the Instagram ads!
