Caller called on Friday January 05, 2018 claiming to be grandson that had been injured in a car accident arrested for DUI and needed to contact attorney immediately. Alleged attorney Thomas Perry asked to send $6500 CASH for pretrial intervention in Stockton California so grandson would not have to stay in jail. Money needed to be sent to an individual named Maria Rogh at 407 East 160th St. #8D Bronx, NY 10451.

Attorney called again on Monday 07, 2018 asking for more money to be sent to the address; however, asked for court papers to be email so that case could be verified. Made numerous attempts to contact grandson to make ensure that this was him and he never called back so assumed that he was in trouble.
