Send in a total of$2400.00 dollars via money gram for a $90,000.00 grant from the IMF on instant messenger and send it to a particular grant agent. This money was sent in and then another message was received that another $5000.00 was required for insurance purposes. It was then asked to refund the $2400.00 at which time it was reported that the refund would cost an additional $500.00 to get my refund.
