Received a call about a debt i paid off 4-5 years ago, still saying i owed money to a bank. They even had the last four digits to my social security number. They then threatened to send my "case" to my county superior court to sue me for the remaining balance, unless i paid the interest in a full amount, or they were willing to work with me to split it up.

Every time i called to get more information no one was available and after leaving messages i would not hear anything back about it, only calls trying to get me to pay an amount. I did some research and none of the numbers provided turned up or tied into where this scam is saying where they are located. A number i did find, to a real litigation service did tell me they have been receiving multiple calls over the last few months regarding the same thing and they have no clue what they are talking about.

Recv'd call from "Ms. Jones" saying she was a paralegal w/Attorney Litigation Services about collections for a financial institution, threating litigation and a court summons unless I responded in a "timely manner" to 855-476-1717 Ext 207.

I received a call from 614-569-4824. This company attempting to collect money fraudulently by saying I owed a debt that wasn't correct. They threatened to turn me into the police if I didn't pay them immediately. I looked this number and company up on Google and found this fraud alert website. DO NOT send them any money they are trying to scam people!

Was called by someone named Carlton who claimed a bank was taking me to court. I called the bank who then denied this action. Carlton wanted to try and settle the amount that he claimed I owed. He was also very rude when I accused the phone call of being a scam.
