A girl named Vanessa called. Said she was from disbatch to let me know that my husband was going to be served papers. She talked very fast and when I started asking questions she got rude telling me she doesn't know, she's just verifying when he will be home to be served. She gave me the phone number 877-681-0719 to call the attorneys office and a case number 24-006204. I called and the person answers the phone "hello." I explained what I was just told and ask what business this was. He said "Attorney Joe Johansen." He told me the amount that we were being sued for and the amount and we were looking to have a lein placed on our home. He ask if I was going to pay it and I said no. He changed his tone and said they why did you bother to call. Every time i asked a question he said i was being rude! He hung up on me.
