I was not given a service key number or direction for the software downloaded on my computer. I was told that I would receive more help with fixing my echo dot and that was never done. I have a fake invoice that should Amazon but clearly the correct Label identifying the owner or Proprietor was not provided on the invoice. To and up to the partner involved in this company. I need something in writing to state that this company is legally binding with Amazon Corporation or it’s association. To include something stating none of my information will not be used in any third party organizations. I did a search on the information I was given and this was my findings: Subjects of the call reported to the FTC: Calls pretending to be government, businesses, or family and friends. After contacting Amazon they informed me of this fake company and to monitor all my account to include social security number.
