I was contacted by someone pretending to work for Atos-Syntel for a position with the company. I was provided a contact person whom I would interview with and get the particulars of the actual job. The interview was done online and I was offered the job within a few days. I received the offer letter and sent it back with only a signature. I became suspicious and tried to contact the companies headquarters or someone in HR. After not being able to locate anyone I finally was able to contact the actual company's fraud department. I provided them with the welcome letter I received and received a response advising The employment invitation you received is not legitimate or in any way coming from, related to or endorsed by Atos Syntel and to report this to the necessary authorities.
