I ordered a laptop battery from Atlas Computer Parts. I did not receive confirmation of my order but the money was taken from my account. Within the week of my order my bank account was compromised. Before going to the bank I tried to contact them by phone which would not receive incoming calls and email which was returned to me. I told bank my suspicions. They reversed transaction. I then received an ugly email that said, you [censored]ing piece of [censored] you will be brought up on federal charges. Later I received a letter from LSO Legal that demanded the payment for battery I never received plus extra fees. The letter was degrading and talked about my character. I did not read the policy but now know it did state it takes four to six weeks to ship but that is no reason for them to treat me the way they have.
