Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

APG sent me a bill for my People Magazine subscription in the amount of $199.95. I have already paid my People Magazine subscription directly through People Magazine, so I knew this was a fake. If the public is not aware of subscription fraud, they will pay this bill. I am constantly aware of & keep records for all subscription payments so I knew the timing was wrong & also that People Magazine does all of its billing directly. I would imagine that this company sends fake billing for hundreds of publications, & gets paid. This is done by U.S. Mail & is also inter-state commerce. I am not happy & hope that you can stop them.
