Puppy scammer

We wanted to buy a dog and my husband found Trooper on a site and inquired. I see that Trooper has been used before. They had tons of pics, asked and answered a bunch of questions. We signed a contract, they could only accept Zelle or Apple Pay. These are not insured forms of money transfer by anyone. Banks can’t help you. Once it’s out of your account it’s gone. They’re the same as cash. They got us for $1200 and tried to get an additional $1200 for refundable travel insurance. Then claimed they didn’t get the first $1200 but said they would ship the puppy anyways. We had three confirmations the money was received. Our bank, the app and the contact. The more things went on it seemed that they were just sending money to their friends and doing everything to get more. Anyway, the shipping of a puppy has to be on a major airline which they don’t offer that information. I called the airport to ask. They will literally let you drive to the airport and sit to wait for nothing. Then when you call them they ghost you. It’s unfortunate but a lesson learned. They need to be stopped. You reap what you sow.

I brought a dog for $1,252! His name was capo and they had me signed a contract! Send me papers that the dog was going to be shipped the next day and here I am waiting.. said to be shipped from Florida to Puerto Rico! People like these disgust me! I’m so mad and we need to put a stop to this! No more scammers!

I “purchased” a dog online to be shipped to me. Their transport service then asks for $1200 for refundable pet insurance. When I asked for a copy of the policy before paying (again, only via transfer) they said they’d call back. They never did.

I had purchased a puppy from a breeder, who I also now do not trust as being legit, and needed to make arrangements for delivery of the puppy which was coming from Florida to Texas. Due to Covid the CDC required the puppy to have health/travel insurance which was be.

1200.00. I told Simon Miller over the phone that I could not pay the whole amount and that I wanted to put the payment on a credit card. The only way he would accept it was through a bank transfer. I sent the amount the breeder and I agreed upon as we would share the cost. The puppy would then be shipped using their plane to me on Sunday the 9th. No puppy arrived. No puppy on Monday. I tried to contact them by phone and got no answer. Tried again today the 11th still no answer.
