The letter said "Pleased to Inform you your one of the winners in the second category of the International general market survey draws held on 10/11/2017. Serial number 2h6v9l, Winning numbers 97-03-64-13-05. Sum won $500,000 payable by certified check and delivered by special courier. Enclosed check for $8995.50 deducted from winnings to pay taxes, insurance, shipping and handling (note: balance of prize $491,005.50) Tax amount 8000, call claims agem\nt Frank Presley at 506-639-5501 to begin claim process on your winnings. Do not act on the letter until you call and speak with claims agent. Manager Peter Simson. (I have had phone messages from both of these names and have recorded messages. attached to this note was a check in the amount $8995.50 of Raymour & Flanagan PO Box 220, Liverpool, NY 10385 (the address is the home office of Raymour & Flannagan). The bank it is drawn on is HSBC Bank USA. I will be calling Raymour and Flanagan to report the check. Many other company names are on the papers as well.
