I been receiving calls from Dale Harper with Atlantic City Winners saying I had won $470,000. He wanted to know if I was on Social Security and if my bills were paid, and if I had any money, and could I pay an insurance fee of $3500, because it was 1% of my winnings. He's trying to set up my winnings with Federal assistance. I also talked to Michael Cohen. After several calls, he said he was able to get my fee down to $2500, and wanted to know if I could pay that. Their numbers are 202-600-2658, 202-873-2477 and 877-617-8522. There was also a Melissa Ferris from Financial Crimes. I got a Federal Claims number from Matthew Haime.
