I received a phone call from a company called Atina Medical Services. They requested information about my health insurance. They indicated they provide services that can be covered by insurance for pain management including braces. The phone number they called from when looked up with reverse look up shows as a potential spam number. When googling the company it shows as a company with one employee. The address when googled is an apartment building. They have continued to call my cell phone on a daily basis. They provided a web address that does not exist.
