I never received my purchase item from this company.

Athena Glam Athenaglam.myshopify.com and https://viragoglam.com/ This initially came to my attention as a ad . Two free high quality tights just pay shipping . Once I select what I wanted and verified my payment I received an email confirmation. From Athenaglam that my order was received and being prepared to be shipped. I on that same day I emailed them back regarding a change in my order . I say passed and no one returned my email or answer my questions or concerns . I made several other attempts to email this “company” regarding the status of my order ! This transaction happens on May 13th 2019 . It been almost exactly a month since this and I have yet to receive my package or any correspondence from this company. Please HELP!!! Concerned consumer .

I placed an order on 5/3 for a special promotion for free leggings, just pay shipping. Spent $17 for the order. It has been since then with no update and no order. I have emailed them at [email protected] 4 times with no response at all. It says on the web site shipping is processed with 7 days, and for legging no tracking number is provided, but I still haven't received a response or update from them for me emailing them asking about my order. The web site says they are powered by Shopify and their name is AthenaGlam and the URL is https://viragoglam.com.
