I purchased a costume on this website on 10/30/19 and have yet to receive it. It's January 7, 2020. I emailed twice and have phoned twice. Nothing. COMPLETE SCAM! Have to change credit card now. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are fake. Protect yourself. I failed to.

The website looks legitimate and answers a lot of common questions, but it is not real. It sells Halloween costumes, decor and accessories. I ordered one thing. The site took my money, I got no email confirmation, emailed them several times and got no response. Also, the order date said it was the day after I actually ordered. They have an Atlanta, GA address with an Albuquerque, NM phone number. The phone number is disconnected, all 3 of their social media links say "url cannot be reached" and their physical address is just a general office building. I tried contacting through their "contact us" page and every time I submit it says the message can't be sent.
