Type of a scam Online Purchase

I inquired about puppies for sale near Westlock, AB on kijiji and an add came up for free Maltese pups for adoption. I sent my email address and the seller said she just moved to Wyoming, Ontario and couldn’t keep the pups and would send them once I gave my contact info. The email address of this person is [email protected]. Her phone number is (226)241-2287. She said she dropped the pups off at a pet delivery company that is not listed as a member of the ATA even though they said they were. That company phoned me from an unlisted number. The caller was

Talking on speaker phone and said they would send the pups once I made a payment of $390 to the Western Credit Union to a person named Valentine Fuh Ambe from Cameroon Central Region 00237 Yaounde. They wanted me to scan a copy of the bank transaction and email it to [email protected]. Once they received proof of payment they said they would ship the pups to my home

Their business phone number or street location. They would not let me send someone to verify the pups were real and heathy before shipping unless I sent them money. They eventually agreed to having me send only $100 and to pay the rest upon receipt of the pups. Since

So I could do another check. They have not yet responded. My children are heart broken that they will not

Get the pups they saved their allowance money for because it was a scam.
