We contacted this "company" after finding him on Google, because we were having a hard time finding someone to come out to our house to fix our washing machine. He came out, looked at our washing machine, said we needed a new belt, but that he would have to get one and come back to install it. We paid him $140 up front, and he was supposed to come back in two days; instead, he gave us an excuse and said he would come out after three days. Here it is, four days later, multiple excuses later, and he still has not come out to fix the machine, nor has he offered to refund our money. We feel we were scammed.
