I ordered an engraved sterling silver pen for my daughters gift. they guaranteed Christmas delivery. on 12/24/19 they sent me a box with a cheap pen refill. I was guaranteed that I would have the actual pen by 12/25/19. I contacted them by email as well as by a phone number I was able to somehow find and I was told that it was ready but that their delivery service wasn't doing their job right. then, I received an email saying it was being processed and would be sent soon. then, an email saying it wasn't ready. I told them that they already sent an e mail saying it was done. then, an email came saying it was done but not shipped. I paid them 198.00 for a cross engraved pen silver. I should have realised something was wrong when they immediately charged my account. most good companies do not bill until the item is shipped. I believe I was scammed. sad and I don't know how they can have a redirect to AT Cross company from Cross pens.
