My son and I purchased 2 lamps on Dec 18, 2018 for Christmas gift through this business website. We received confirmation the same date from them that they received our order and payment. The confirmation stated that they were getting our order ready to be shipped and notify us when it was sent. Website said it would be delivered at or shortly after Christmas. We never heard from them again. My son and I each sent emails to the address that they gave as only contact to see what the status of our product were. The site said they would contact us about the email in 24-36 hours. Which we never did. I search for a phone number to see what was going on. The website was very specific that they had warehouses full of merchandise and website seemed real. I contacted my credit card company that I used to pay for the merchandise and they refunded me that amount. I do not want anyone else to get scammed by this company. I submitted a claim to ScamPulse.com of Canada and they send me to this department. I hope that you can investigate and find out that this company is really not doing this to people. I try to have faith in people, but realize that this is not the world we live in. I am only trying to make sure that no one else is affected by this and also don't want these people to get away with scamming others. Thank you for your time.
