I ordered a laser engraver on 6/4/23. Astrokell claims it was delivered 6/15/23 and that I should check my mailbox or go to the post office to check. At this point a different person has responded to this email. I asked what address they delivered to, and they didn't answer that question. I checked the map of where it was supposedly delivered to and its not even in the right neighborhood. They offered to resend it on 6/28/23, that they were using a faster and safer way to send it, the timeline was 7-30 days. I requested a tracking number on 7/4/23 and was told to "please don't worry about it". Two weeks later I asked for the tracking number again and was told that it was in transit, please wait another 5-8 working days. Email signed by a different person. On 8/4/23 I informed them that I still have not received it. The response by yet a different person telling me that once they investigated it, the order "might be lost in transit". They then offered me a "50% refund and could you please buy a similar product in other ways?" I responded that I had paid 100% for the product and received 0% of the shipment, and at this point I want a 100% refund. I was then told to provide a screenshot of my payment order.
