I allowed myself to get sucked into buying ASTRAEA skin cream for the price of shipping and handling (I thought it was a sample). Stupid me I did not read the terms and conditions. Little did I know that if I didn't cancel BEFORE the 14th day of purchase NOT when it arrived I would be charged full price $94.95 and $89.95. I called on the 14th day and was told I would get a refund. When the refund didn't show up I called again. I was told I didn't read the terms and conditions and they would not refund my money. As I argued more they offered me 35%, the 50%, finally someone said he would refund 75% and then hung up on me.

This product did nothing for my skin - I believe has been shown on "Shark Tank". Sales tactics are a scam.
