I placed an order on June 7th and they gave me a tracking number; however, the tracking states that the package has not left the warehouse. I emailed them last week and they told me they would send a new one and that the new tracking number would take up to 36 hours - that was four days ago and I still have not received a new tracking number. I want to report this company as fraud and I want my money back. The company said that they cannot refund me since they've already "shipped" the package. They do respond to email but they give you the run around with no actual solution to the problem. I still do not have my clothes. There is no phone number to call them.
