They called my elderly mom and said she needed a warranty for her car. She signed up without understanding that she didn't need one. They are working with a billing company called Mepco and another company called Matrix Payment Solutions. Apparently, Assureity is also called National Warranty Services. My brother had cancelled this warranty but I was trying to get the money back that she already paid under misleading information from Assureity. Assureity (a.k.a. National Warranty Services) is very hard to reach by phone. Matrix Payment Solutions(which apparently handled coverage, claims and repair questions) that they are associated with are impossible to reach. The number I had  did reach Customer Service but I was told to call Assureity (whose 1800- number doesn't work at all during their lunch hour) with my issues. When I called Matrix Payment Solutions back at  the number was disconnected.
