You fill out a form online because you are looking for legitimate rates for health care insurance. Instead of getting plans and rates online, you get phone calls that will not stop about non compliant plans. As soon as you say anything like "I've asked you to stop calling" they hang up on you. I managed to get the real, main number and was told it's MY fault, that I was taking up "Gabriele's" time, even though SHE called ME on a Sunday morning. I told "Matt" 2 days ago I wasn't interested. Real number is 855-399-7338. They answer with Health Registration Department. I asked the company name, they said, after a long pause, "Assured".
