I received a message stating that my current qualifications approved me as an agent to move through the first steps. I received an identifying text to confirm my phone number.
Additional documents went through terms, agreements, hours required, and application which included a signature.
I set up an account, and when it was time for the account to be confirmed, I could not get pass this step. I called and spoke to representatives who transferred me and the call was eventually dropped or sent to a voicemail. I did a screenshot when my social was requested, which is attached.
