This company preys on individuals that lost their home claiming that an unreasonable amount of money is owed to the homeowner. They will charge the homeowner a "fee" to recover the money owed. If there is indeed any money owed the homeowner, the homeowner should contact their mortgage company. The mortgage company does NOT contract with this company. They are a complete SCAM.
