This so called company called Assess Financial has been harassing me for two weeks. First they left 2 voicemails one was a recording, the other was a woman by the name of Jacqueline Sanders stating that they have tried reaching me by phone and that they need to get in contact with me to setup a place where her and I can meet to deliver me documents. Why would I meet a stranger? After I didn’t reply a lady named Lisa Bailey left 2 rude,angry voicemails yelling that I have taken out 2 loans and and committed fraud and she threatened to come to my home or place of business. I then called back to speak with her this morning, she denied contacting me and stated that she doesn’t know how I know her name. Then she proceeded to tell me that I’m being sued and that I need to make payments to them through wire, or a prepaid debit card. When she wasn’t able to provide me with information about myself she got frustrated and hung up on me. I called back to speak with someone else she hung up again. I called back asking to speak to Jacqueline Sanders and Lisa Bailey told me that ms Sanders is a recording, she then transferred me to the “supervisor” Ms Johnson. Ms Johnson Proceeded to tell me that now I’ve committed 4 counts of fraud, it jumped from 2 to 4 somehow. She then accused me of taking out loans and depositing them into a bank called medar bank, I’ve never heard of this bank in my life. She then started to yell that she has my email, drivers license and social security number and if I didn’t make payments to them that they will sue. The drivers license caught my attention because I don’t have a drivers license, I don’t drive. I planned next week to take my drivers test at the DMV so I had began looking for car insurance quotes online. I filled out a form that sent my info to several insurance agencies and I believe this is how they got my info. That makes them a bunch of thieves and scammers preying on consumers and their funds. I contacted FTC and placed fraud alerts. Usually if you owe a debt you are aware of it, you also get a notice in the mail, these women don’t have my info to send me a notice instead they want me to tell them all my info then gets mad when I don’t. They should be shut down and in prison. They are criminals.
