Asseco asking via text if you want job interview. wants to do so through an app, and wants to do the whole check scam for the job. I know its fake but they seem to be pulling information listed in resume from indeed.com

I was contacted via text message and asked if I had time for an interview. The text message said to download the app Wire Messenger to communicate. An interview was conducted and seemed relatively legitimate, and after about 30 minutes, I was offered a job, also via Wire Messenger. I was told I would be receiving a check to purchase items I would need to work... I did some research at this time and found a similar story that ended in someone losing $2700.

Received text for employment. Did interview by text answering questions. Offered job & gave address to send check to purchase job materials. Deposited check into account. Then cash app money to vendor for supplies. Cash app info $bigdenise42 because zelle would not work. Texted & said not enough money ; need $700 more & I said no & don’t send me anything else & I decline job offer. My bank called me today 5-13-20 to say fictitious check. I need to pay $2700 back.
