About a yr or more ago I was contacted by a computer technician because my pc had locked up. I was charged $249 for the pc repair that was done remotely while I was on the phone. All was good or so I though until 6/30 when I started to receive back to back phone calls from this business informing me that I had viruses and spyware on my pc again. They were very pushy calling and calling until I would answer. I finally broke down and let them remotely access my pc again and the technician showed me all of the viruses on my computer and told me it would cost me $349 to resolve the issues. I reluctantly paid and got my pc running again. After this time I was told I would not receive anymore calls and that if I wanted service I could contact them. This was not the case. I received 4 calls on 8/17. I finally returned the phone call and I was told that again my pc was threatened and when the technician accessed my info he told me it would cost me $249 because now my pc was locked up. I paid and he told me to remove some files form my pc. When all was said and done he could not get my pc running again because he'd deleted my windows 10. He told me to go to someone else and get it reinstalled then he would fix my computer and hung up on me.
