I ordered a ring on November 2, 2021 and I have never received it. I even contacted the BBB and made a complaint and wouldn't respond to the BBB either! I want my money back. These people need to be stopped. Pamela Leslie

I ordered a free plush toy turtle, and paid the shipping. Once they got they hands on my bank card number, they stole $NZ230.00 from it. Now, I am without money, and disabled, so it will be hard.

Terrible company! I ordered a ring in June of 2020, still to receive it. I contacted them in Sept three different times and never heard back until Nov. They asked if I received the ring yet, I told them no. I didn’t hear from them till April and they asked the same question. No still no ring. I will never buy from them again and am telling others not to.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 2 portable vacuum about 4 months ago. Have not received them. I actually forgot about them. I saw a really pretty ring and ordered it in the middle of August. Still haven't seen it. Thought I would them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a bracelet. Thats the only one that one is giving me info on tracking. But even that was 2 months ago. This page is a scam and should be shut down

I ordered an autism awareness ring through this so called company through an ad on Facebook. I placed the order July 1, my tracking stopped on July 16 but never said delivered. I have contacted the company numerous times and they blame covid. When I asked for a refund, they confirmed my mailing address and then I never heard from them again. I got no refund and they are now not responding to my emails. If you see their "free" all you need to pay for is shipping ads, BEWARE!

I had purchased two rings at the cost of $ 40 us fillets back in June. I have yet to receive those rings. I have contacted aspire gear countless times to see what was happening and they have not responded. They have even blocked me from commenting on their products. They are refusing to give me a refund or the product.

They offered free items, the buyer only had to pay shipping. I paid $9.95 shipping for a product on 4/18/2020 and it is currently 7/28/2020 and I still have not received it. When I contact the company to inquire about a refund, I keep being provided links of the "shipping" information which has not changed since 5/18/2020.

I purchased jewelry from what I thought was a legitimate company. After 3 months, I have received 1 email correspondence from the company suggesting my mailing address could be incorrect (it wasn’t) and promised to fulfill my purchase. This was a month ago. Still have yet to receive the refund I requested or the jewelry. I want to be clear, it was for a “cause” as they raise awareness through jewelry. As advertised, I pay shipping and receive the item. I thought this would be a good way to test the company for further purchases. I was dead WRONG. DO NOT waste your money on this “company” like I did.
