Asphalt Paving & Milling attended at farm yard near Richmound Saskatchewan on Sept 18, 2018. They provided about one hours' worth of labor and 8 or 9 yards of material to pave a farmyard in front of the shop and corrals. At the conclusion of the job, they provided an invoice which was in excess of $18,000. The quality of the work they provided was very poor. The asphalt crumbles, and doesn't hold its shape. The quality if akin to dirty gravel.
