Wrong item received

I was looking at this cute top and decided to get it, but once the package finally got there I got a white tight crop top but I payed for the Women's Sexy Lace Bow Top. Theirs noway they were the same. I emailed the company for a full refund on Jan, 24, 2022 and am still emailing them to this day March,7, 2022. I'm very pissed at the service. big scam. Wish I knew before.

DO NOT TRUST THIS VENDOR! BIG SCAM!

Only one of three items were what I ordered. One of the other two was supposed to be a Chargers jersey; instead, it was a generic light blue sweatshirt. The other item was not what I ordered at all.
Do not trust this vendor; their return policies are meant to deter returns of ordered items THEY botched up.

I would like to report the following website www.aspenwin.com for unethical / illegal business practices. I would also ask that you remove them from your site and there ability practice is such a unethical / illegal manner. This site was advertising clothing which I purchase but received incorrect item. I sent email and provided picture and SKU number to inform them that the wrong item had been sent. After multiple back and forth emails with me requesting a full refund on the product I didn't receive the company states the following: "Dear customer,

If you do not accept 55% refund, you could choose to return the product to us. Once we have received all the items we can then proceed to provide you with a refund, not including the shipping fee. (We’ll issue you the refund(excluding the postage)via PayPal once we received your parcel.)

Please note that you will have to pay the shipping fee for returning the items and the shipping fee itself would cost almost the same as your product. Shipping costs will be relatively expensive and it will take a long time if you return the product to us. And if the items were damaged during the returning process or were washed, tag removed which makes the items aren’t intact and in a perfect condition, we are unable to accept that as a return.
