My computer was frozen, with a message telling me to call a phone number for tech help. I called, reached Premium Tech Support, which told me that my computer was infected with a virus. They installed MacAfee to protect my computer and sold me a service to scan the computer and remove any additional viruses. The computer was then working fine and today they called offering to refund some of my money, but when I would not give them information about my bank account, into which they were going to refund money by electronic transfer, they re-froze my computer. I can turn it on but not access anything.
