I was contacted via text message from a person named John Cole who claimed to have found my resume on Indeed for a remote project manager position. I was later emailed a job description and had to answer several questions in order to be considered for an interview. The job detailed a Remote Project Manager position at Asklepion Pharmaceuticals (asklepionpharm.com) I then got emailed from a person named Michael Terry who scheduled my interview for the following day. I had the interview (phone call), which consisted of very generic project management related questions, to which I answered. None of which asked for my personal information. Michael was difficult to understand and seemed to be reading off of a script. The next day, I got an email saying that I got the job. I am still waiting to hear back from them for an official offer letter, but based on additional research, I believe this to be a scam (https://www.glassdoor.com/Overview/Working-at-Asklepion-Pharmaceuticals-EI_IE35...⇄ as well as a LinkedIn post I found from a couple of years ago that said someone was impersonating Asklepion Pharmaceuticals. The email addresses of John and Michael were their first . last name @ askklepionpharm.com so right away, the two "k"s gave it away. Beware of this scam!
