Promised a 30 day program not a recurring charged program. Did not receive phone call..begged for info and gave me no help. Nothing to help lose weight. When questioned asked for 3600 dollars to hold my hand. Program started 1 and half weeks after I paid and then charged me 2 weeks later for another month and then shut the portal off. Give ME My 200 dollars back. FRAUD

i was having a really positive experience with this personal training provider, until the lady left that was actually doing all the work - all the 121 support, daily wats app interactions, weekly 121 calls and changes, gym programmes etc. since then i have paid a fortune, and had virtually nothing from February till now. And absolutely nothing for the last month. except a call to arrange payment! I have now blocked my bank payment from being taken again, and have reported it directly with my bank. i have also reported it to trading standards. I was not prepared to add my semi naked photos to an app for him to see, when i had no communication from him! just some kind of explanation would have been good - and after almost a year after first starting, having had workouts tailored to me, when i asked for some communication or i will cancel, he has straight away blocked me from the workouts i paid thousands for! What a crying shame that its crumbling around him. Perhaps he should take some of his own stress management advise, and realise how the real world functions. This has added a massive amount of stress to my weeks - now having to somehow get the money returned for a service that was not provided, and a contract that was not fulfilled on his part!

I signed on with Ashley Crooks Fitness coaching, the 12 week program was $2500. I received nothing that they promised and when I voiced my concerns and asked for a refund I was removed from the tranerized app that we communicated through.
