Ashley Blue Heeler website claimed to be a legitimate, Veteran owned and operated business for 15 years that assists with breeding and training Blue Heeler dogs. The website contains a "contact us" section to which I submitted my information. After being contacted by an "employee", my husband and I were provided with additional requested pictures of a dog we were looking to purchase. After being scammed out of $500 and speaking with the "employee" over the phone, we began to have an odd feeling. Said employee texted that the business was located in Texas; however, his phone number had an Illinois area code, and the contract we received via email stated they were located in Virginia. We attempted asking for our money back to no avail. In addition, I searched some of the testimonials on their website, and found them on various other dog breeding/adoption sites.
