In January of this year I saw an Instagram ad for jewelry testers. The ad said that you could sign up to get free jewelry and all you had to pay was $0.01. Four months later, I hadn’t received any jewelry but my card was charged $21.01. I reached out to the company and was told that their club grew faster than expected and that they did not have enough inventory to meet expectations. I was also told that instead of only paying for shipping that they had decided to charge for four months of shipping at one time. ($5.25/month) I received an email on May 4 saying that the jewelry would be shipped out and should be received within 3-5 business days. I still haven’t received anything from the company.
