My husband lost his English Bulldog due to a stroke. Well he said he want a dachshund. So, I find ashdachshunds.com and they said that they will have another litter coming up so they have reduced their puppies. They were $400 and $100 shipping. They told me that they would sell them to me $400 and that includes the shipping. Well, I paid the $400 and I said, do I get shipping information and all that goes with it and they never answered my email. I have had Brain Cancer since 2006. I have had 2 brain surgeries, radiation and chemotherapy and I told them that and no response. I have called them and no answer! It's the last I have on my government check. This is a scam and I have paid severely paid for it. My 2 boys where going to go on with it and give me $100. So, I have a $400 instead of a $200 loss. THIS IS INFURIATING!!!

I am a sixteen year old who has been scammed for a purchase of a puppy. I have been in contact with this business since Monday, July 5, 2021. This business were selling mini dachshund puppies for $400 each with an additional $100 for shipping. On their website there are many dogs with a description. It is said on the top of the website there is a sale going of 50% off the puppy. Original price for the puppy is $960. Now I follow through with this and comes the day this business says the puppy will be shipped, they tell me that there was a delay and the registration to ship the puppy isn't working out so they will have to try the next day. Today, July 8, 2021, I get an email from ANOTHER business or so called "agency" (who will be shipping the puppy), they have told me that I need to confirm my address and name to make sure I am the right person. I confirmed and another email comes from the agency telling me in order to have the puppy shipped and to update the tracking system, I will have to pay to a refundable price to rent out a thermal crate for the puppy to be transported in and shipped to my location. Included in the email they mentioned, when the puppy arrives to my location, I will be refunded my money IN CASH. They sent me pictures of a way to pay and mentioned if i'm not comfortable to use my debit or credit card, to purchase a gift card and use it that way. The way the purchase goes is taken by picture and sent via email. On their (agency) website, it says their payment is cash app, zelle, pay pal; NOTHING ABOUT HOW THEY SHOWED OR MENTIONED IN THE EMAIL THAT WAS SENT TO ME. Come to mention the crates were rounded up to $900-$1200. When I wrote back and told them I was not aware of having to purchase a crate for the puppy to be shipped they apologized "for the stress" and still demanded it. I contacted the place I purchased the dog from and they have not yet responded. I contact this agency back and let them know I do not have the money for this crate. They tell me they are speaking with the department who is in responsible for the crates and say they are okay with me paying $500 for the crate instead. Then I tell them again I was not aware and it is not fair that I have to deal with this, the business I purchased the dog from did not let me know about this ahead of time. So I continue to email the company I purchased the dog from, I called their number; nothing happened. I'm super unhappy with this because scamming is not okay and especially at a young age, I did not know any better. I am demanding my money back from Ash Dachshunds Love and threatening to report them to BBB, still no response. So here I am writing. I want my money back for all the hard work and time I've spent to save up for a puppy. Below I will leave the information for the agency.

I attached a screenshot of the website I found and purchased the dog from. To include the PHONE NUMBERS SHOWN IN THIS ARE NOT THEIR CELL NUMBERS. Again I am sixteen and did not know any better. I am hoping I can get my money back in some way please.
