They called saying that they were with registration and they needed to confirm info and due to hips they needed to confirm info. Asked for my moms name and date of birth, and lay four of social. That said she had an appointment but couldn’t give time. Gave me a phone number to the actual place. We called the place and they said she didn’t have a new appointment coming up. The place Ascension Saint John’s told us to call them back. We called them back and this time I said we are not comfortable giving all that info and if they were who they said they are they should already have that info… so he asked for what kinda insurance my mom has. I put them on 3 way with Ascension Saint John so they could again look to see if my mom had an appointment. She did not. Then the guy (scammer) said oh it’s actually with Dr (such such) which was another red flag bc anytime my mom has an appointment with that particular Dr we receive a reminder text and there is no need to give out details. Bc they have it all.
