My husband died on 9/10/2017 and this company repeatedly called our home phone indicating they were attempting to contact the estate in regards to past due debts. I have been married to this man for 35 years and we were NEVER in default or had a judgement against us. When I finally tired of these daily messages I answered their call and told them to leave me alone & I would turn the matter over to my attny. Now they are mailing me letters. They will not tell me the debt or amount and I refused to provide them a SS number for him or myself. I think they are phishing grieving widows and find this behavior disgusting.

This company contacted somebody that I know about my death and asked if we were related.

That person explained that we were not, that I was alive and that was all the information she was wiling to give them .

For obvious reasons, I am not ok with this and am worried that they somehow have my information and are trying to fraud and/or scam me.
