This company offers you to try their product for paying shipping and handling. They send you the product and then charge you $75 each month whether they ship more product to you or not. They then continue to charge you and say that you did not cancel within 14 days of the first shipment. All phone calls to resolve the issue have been met with little customer service and refusal to refund my money.

I ordered one bottle of the Forskolin Extract on a "free" trial period. When I went to pay the 4.98(for shipping), it had a pop up for adding on a bottle of Garcinia that I rejected. (I now think they use the tricky wording of making you click "No, Thank You" to add it to your cart) 10+ days later I received a package with BOTH bottles. In the package was no language of a trial, just a packing slip with part of it cut off--(looks like the ship date and what I am being charged was cut off--see attached picture) 4 days later I received two charges on my account of 74.97 and 69.94 from "Super Herbal Natural" . I emailed them IMMEDIATELY and and told them I would be returning the products and expected a refund. I heard nothing back. I called a week later and spoke to a "supervisor" who ran me through the gamut of the fine print "14 days after you order your credit card will be charged if you do not call to cancel" However, what they don't tell you, is that they CANCEL your FURTHER payments, but still charge you for those first two bottles. Additionally this supervisor told me that I should have called once I didn't receive the products quickly to "extend my trial period". Once I argued with them for about 20 minutes, the supervisor told me that I could return the bottles and get a refund, however there would be a 9.95 restocking fee for each bottle. I told them I was not paying that, and after about 5 minutes more of arguing, they agreed to waive the fee. This company is garbage with false advertising, and I bet what is in the pills is sawdust. I may have been a fool for thinking a pill could zap my belly fat, but when I give a company money I expect a receipt with all of the details of what i ordered and paid. I warn everyone who sees this ad on the internet/ FB/ Instagram to AVOID !!!!!
