I had a flight for 3 people cancelled due to Covid-19. I was given a voucher for the cost of my tickets. However, when I went to use the voucher, they would not honor the amount on the voucher. They wanted a additional 50% to provide me with my tickets. This was double what the airline was charging for the same tickets going through them. Not honest or customer friendly.

I strongly recommend that travelers NOT use ASAP Tickets for airline travel. I am posting this review to spare others the same frustration I experienced. Here is why:
In October of 2019 I purchased 4 adult airfares for $4630.24. On March 7, 2020 I was notified by the airline of a schedule change that did not work with planned prepaid tour schedules. I rebooked with ASAP Tickets moving the revised travel date to October 2020. I was told the new price of tickets would be $4854.28; a difference of $224.04. In error the ASAP agent charged my credit card the full new price of $4854.28 instead of crediting the original amount $4630.24 to the purchase. After several attempts to resolve ASAP's error, I had no option but to file a credit card dispute which was resolved in my favor in April, 2020. Shortly thereafter, flights and entry to foreign destinations were cancelled due to the worsening COVID-19 conditions. In July, 2020 I called ASAP to seek a full refund since there seemed to be no near-term end to travel restrictions. ASAP Tickets would not give a full refund, but agreed to refund $3630.24 and a travel credit of $1224.04. On September 23, 2020 the refund was finally posted to my credit card. On June 3, 2021 I called ASAP Tickets to book 4 airfares using in part the $1224.04 travel credit. I was told that I only had $1000 credit. Even after applying a $1000 credit, ASAP's quoted price per ticket exceeded the price found on numerous airline and travel sites for the same flight. ASAP Tickets inflated price quote was in excess of half the flight credit due me. Since the time of the original purchase, I spoke with 5 ASAP agents to include their Customer Service department. Throughout every correspondence to seek either a refund or to resolve the travel credit discrepancy, ASAP agents would almost always say they will call back after researching the issue and never do so.

I purchased a ticket back in September of 2020 from Asaptickets in the amount of 867.35 I planned a trip to the Philippines in November. This was during COVID19 so I bought the protection plan that they offered. As time went by COVID19 situation wasn’t improving so getting closer to my departure date, the airline canceled all flights. I called Asap tickets to inform them of the situation. They offered flight credit or a full refund. Of course I requested the full refund. Here’s where they started giving me the run around. I get email statements and confirmation of my full refund back into my bank account number and transaction ID. Weeks go by and nothing. Email after email nothing. I contact my bank and explain the situation, they initiate an investigation on the matter. Now they refuse to cooperate with my bank! My bank says theirs nothing they can do now! This company is extremely ungodly, unprofessional, and has zero integrity! I want to warn others do not use their services! I do not understand how they are even allowed to operate with this type of business ethic.
